I am writing to thank you for the great products you make available to the equine world.  As a member of the Cowgirl Way Mounted Drill Team here in Vernon, BC, I have found
very good results using the Riva’s Remedies Calm-Aid.

My Morgan mare, Raven, gets quite anxious with nervous excitement prior to most public performances such as parades and during our drill demonstrations, particularly the Grand Entry flag run for the opening of the rodeo at the Interior Provincial Exhibition, where the horses are required to stand quietly while thousands suddenly stand to clap and cheer.

I have also attached a photo of the Cowgirl Way Drill Team at the 2006 IPE, as we headed off from the horse barns to do a drill performance in the Grandstand (rodeo) arena, a very scary place for horses, with the bleachers covered in throngs of moving people, lots of noise, and of course, the Fire Breathing Dragon, as I called the Zipper. That is a fair ride using loud hydraulics to hurl cages of screaming kids into the air, which would happen as the rows of horses were trotting towards that end of the arena, and literally sent them running in all directions! Even the rodeo cowboys had trouble with their horses and cattle. What a fiasco!

We have used this product on several of our more high-strung horses, which learn to anticipate the adrenalin rush of performing to loud music in a high-stress environment, with very satisfactory results. It is comforting to know the ingredients are all natural and safe. Thanks again for a wonderful product!

Sincerely,
